A great Campaign can generate a lot of Applications so here are some tips on how to process them quickly saving you time and your Applicants from any anxious waiting periods.

Challenging your applicants with Insight Questions allows you to ask up to 10 Yes/No questions producing an Application Score based on your desired answers. This Score is a great way to rank your Applicants and provides a guide on which Applicants you may wish to Shortlist or deem Unsuccessful.
With Select Many Mode we've made managing Applicants even faster.
How does it work?
When viewing a list of Applications, we can click or tap an Applicant's Profile Picture to activate the Select Many Mode, this will turn the Navigation Bar (or NavBar) blue.
In this mode we can see that Applicant's Profile Pictures have become checkboxes.
We can select as many Applicants as we like before choosing to Shortlist or deem them Unsuccessful from the now blue NavBar.

This is a great way to process a number of Applications at once without actioning them one by one.
